With a Nordic first name and a Slavic surname, Sven was practically born with a break with the expected and it runs like a red thread through his life.

Working as a lawyer and a comedian at the same time? Like rap and sing along to dialect? Being from Zurich but still coming across as likeable? In his second solo program “STILBRUCH”, Sven proves that such contrasts can not only be exciting, but also funny.

In this mix of comedy and music, everyday problems are analyzed, clichés are tested and even the Swiss people’s psyche is explored. With his quick-witted and always benevolent manner, Sven also gets the audience on board, so that by the end of the evening the whole room is in a celebratory mood.

A simple bar table, a bar stool, a bottle of beer – that’s all you need for an evening with Markus Krebs. Humour principle? Something between a pub mate and the pope of jokes. With his Ruhrpott charm, Markus Krebs is excellent at serving the audience’s humour centres.

Whether it’s intelligent comedy or corny word creations – in his fourth solo programme ‘Pass auf…kennste den?’, the bespectacled man with sunglasses and legendary black woolly hat doesn’t shy away from any flat joke.

Markus Krebs is known for his mercilessly uncompromising punchlines, which make him unique on the German comedy scene. In his last solo programme ‘Permanent Panne’, gag followed gag. In his new programme, the self-proclaimed ‘man behind the belly’ continues this tradition and treats his audience to an evening full of laughter and no pauses for breath.

Fidibus presents: Hans in Luck
A lively musical adventure for the whole family

‘There is no one under the sun as happy as me. I am Hans, and with Fidibus I always have my good conscience and my faithful companion at my side. I have a mum who eagerly awaits me and I’m so free that I seize every opportunity.’

The time has finally come! After seven years of hard labour at Müller Müller’s flour factory, Hans makes his way home to his mother. With his wages in his pocket – a lump of gold as big as a hundred scoops of chocolate ice cream – Hans and Fidibus experience a truly marvellous journey (home). Sometimes on horseback, sometimes with a cow or a pig and sometimes with a goose in tow, the two meet strange characters time and again, such as Fredy, the vendor selling junk in a handstand. Or the two funny clowns from the ‘Bluff’ circus, who are in search of good humour. Even genuine robbers cross their paths. Robbers who are really afraid of the dark.

Although Hans seems to gradually lose everything on his journey home, he gains one thing above all: good friends. A deliciously cheerful story by Tom Baumann and Mario Moe Schelbert. Directed by Fabio Romano, based on the Grimm Brothers’ tale about the joys of life, the desire for freedom and with a timeless message for young and old: if you’re happy, you have everything!
